Whether you require a complete conference facility, syndicate room, private dining or a meeting, the hotel's Banqueting & Events Coordinator will take care of your arrangements with attention to detail to ensure the success of your event.

The meeting and conference facilities available offer flexible spaces for whatever type of event you are planning; whether you simply need one boardroom for a private meeting, a large plenary with smaller breakouts, a large conference facility for 70 delegates or an elegant gala dinner for 60, our historic venue has a room to accommodate the majority of your business needs.

All our function rooms include elegant décor and state of the art screening and I.T solutions.

Our versatile function rooms are extremely well lit by natural daylight. The elegant Tudor Room provides theatre style seating for up to 50 guests, with its own private bar. The ground floor room leads out to the Courtyard area of the hotel.
The County Suite, which is the larger of the two function rooms, can accommodate theatre style seating of up to 70 guests or dinner dances for 60.
Delegates can dine in style in the Courtyard Brasserie or we can serve refreshments in your room, from fresh pastries to hot/cold buffet lunch, together with teas and coffees. 

Our skilled Banqueting & Events Coordinator will liaise with all the relevant personnel to ensure the smooth running of your event.

Delegates who wish to stay overnight can enjoy one of our 47 en-suite rooms, with special room rates including Full English and Continental Breakfast.

For those with more modest requirements the Courtyard Brasserie and Lounge Bar make a great spot for a breakfast meeting or business lunch.
